4. No Refunds or Returns

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If there is an issue with your order (such as receiving the wrong item), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. Resolution, if any, will be at our discretion.

5. Pickup, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Pickup times and locations will be communicated in advance, by making contact with store owner. Customers are responsible for arriving on time.

Once an order has been picked up or delivered:

  • Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer

  • We are not responsible for quality issues related to storage, handling, or delays after receipt

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Allergens & Food Safety

Products are made in a home kitchen that may handle:

  • Wheat

  • Dairy

  • Eggs

  • Nuts and other allergens

We cannot guarantee that any product is allergen-free. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and consuming products at their own risk.

7. Cottage Food Disclaimer

Products are produced in a home kitchen in accordance with Alabama cottage food laws and are not subject to state food safety inspection.
