Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any baked goods once an order has been placed, picked up, or delivered.

No Refunds

Refunds are not offered for:

  • Change of mind

  • Missed or late pickups

  • Preference or taste

  • Storage or handling after pickup

Please review your order carefully before placing it.

Order Issues

If you believe there is an issue with your order (such as receiving the incorrect item), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

We may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the affected item

Any resolution is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibility After Pickup

Once an order has been picked up or delivered, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for quality issues resulting from improper storage, delayed pickup, or handling after receipt.

Allergens

Products are made in a home kitchen that may handle common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts. We cannot guarantee allergen-free products. Consumption is at the customer’s own risk.
